Accounting Clerk - Client Invoices (f/m/d)

Aufgaben
  • Your main task is the national and international invoicing to clients of knoell Germany GmbH, as well as some subsidiaries (in our self-developed ERP system)
  • You will support the group-wide project managers with various tasks on correct invoicing
  • In addition, you will issue the monthly invoicing of the intercompany services
  • Your task will also be the documentation of internal team processes as well as assisting our Accounting in dunning process
  • Furthermore, the review and tracking of project changes (during the year and for year-end closing) with regard to invoicing requirements will also be included in your responsibilities

Profil
  • You have at least 2 years professional experience in the field of accounting/invoicing, Commercial training as an office administrator or similar
  • You gained professional knowledge in benefit invoicing and/or basic accounting
  • Your handling of MS Office applications is professional, especially Excel. In addition you have experience with ERP solutions and an affinity for IT applications
  • You are fluent in English and German
  • You have an independent way of working as well as a strong team spirit, a high level of quality awareness and the ability to solve complex challenges
