  • As an Agile Coach (m/f/d) you advise and support our product teams in the agile development of customer centric software solutions
  • You support the cultural change to a cross-functional organization, an open knowledge exchange between teams and the onboarding of new product teams
  • You identify training needs for different stakeholder groups from individuals and rolls to teams and executives
  • You develop coachings and conduct them using appropriate methods
  • You identify impediments and their targeted, timely solution is part of your daily work
  • You promote the demand-oriented further development of tools for agile working

  • Successfully completed studies in Computer Science or Business Informatics or a comparable course with IT affinity. Alternatively, you prove a comparable training e.g. as IT specialist (m/f/d) with several years of professional work experience
  • At least three years of relevant professional experience as an Agile Coach (m/f/d) in the introduction and scaling of agile methods or as a Product Manager (m/f/d) for digital solutions
  • Well-founded methodological skills in e.g. OKR, lean management and design thinking
  • Strong communication skills, empathy and the ability to enthuse teams
  • Confident conflict management as well as strong moderation and presentation skills
  • Very good knowledge of English and German
