Junior Assistant to Plant Management

We are looking for a proactive and service‑minded Assistant who ensures smooth administrative operations and supports teams, employees, and visitors with professionalism and structure.

• Coordinate office operations, including mail handling, meeting room preparation, and office supply management
• Organize international travel and support visa processes, including document collection and communication with agencies
• Support onboarding activities and act as a central contact for employees and students
• Coordinate visits, line tours, and interactions with internal teams and external partners
• Maintain administrative documentation such as the organizational chart and internal requests (e.g., BANF)

• Completed commercial education or relevant administrative experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Professional communication style and a service-oriented mindset
• Reliability, discretion, and the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong command of German and English, both written and spoken
• Proactive, friendly personality who enjoys supporting teams
