• Analyze sales and stock performance, demonstrate an understanding of key drivers of profit and margin and provide recommendations for actions to help maximize opportunities and limit risk in collaboration with the Business Analytics & Merchandise Allocation
• Drive weekly performance reports to provide transparency and alignment with key stakeholders in a cross-functional team (Supply, Retail, Logistics). Challenge where necessary to make sure the business is being managed pro-actively
• Help evolve existing planning tools and processes where you see an opportunity to improve and streamline. Propose new ways of thinking or approaching our rapidly evolving business model
• Responsibility for independently analyzing and determining potential allocations based on relevant KPIs and market insights
• Establishing and leading weekly communication channels with Retail Operations to ensure execution of strategic decisions on the sales floor
• Close collaboration with Business Analytics to prepare, evaluate, and support strategic decision-making
• Validation and further development of the pricing and markdown strategy in alignment with Business Analytics and Pricing Analysts

• A degree in business administration or comparable business training and 3+ years professional experience in Merchandise Planning, ideally within an international e-commerce environment and Retail
• Strong analytical mindset and experienced in using planning and forecasting tools and systems
• An expert in using MS Excel and BI reporting tools and confident using other MS office applications
• Effective communicator - able to communicate messages clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences
• Able to work autonomously, results oriented and able to “think outside of the box”
• Fluent written and spoken business German and English
