In this challenging environment we are currently looking for a

Specialist HR Information Systems (m/f/d)

  • Central contact person for the SAP SuccessFactors solution and interface between the HR stakeholders and the IT department
  • Worldwide responsibility for the optimization and support of existing SAP SuccessFactors modules, upcoming modules and other HR software tools
  • Maintain HR processes and tools, further develop and implement them on a global level as well as program management for local & global HR IT projects
  • Lead another colleague of the "HRIS" team, share your knowledge with HR colleagues and provide on-demand trainings

  • Completed University Degree in business administration with focus on IT/HR or comparable degrees
  • Minimum 4-5 years of professional experience as HRIS Specialist and experience with an HR IT system, ideally SAP SuccessFactors
  • Experience in (international) project management and application maintenance for organisations
  • Strong strategic and process thinking skills paired with technical affinity 
  • Multi-tasking expert who can handle multiple deadlines 
  • Excellent communicator to address all levels 
  • Fluent in English, any additional language is desirable
