Aufgaben

We are looking for a dutch speaking Technical Specialist (m/f/d) for the Regional Customer Support Center (RCSC).

 

As a Technical Specialist in the International Customer Support Centre in Mannheim, you will provide support for our field staff and our customers in hospitals and diagnostic laboratories in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland and Austria. Thanks to your technical know-how, IT experience and quick grasp, you will be able to ensure the functionality of our diagnostic analysis systems with integrated IT in the laboratory and support our customers with questions regarding the optimal use of our diagnostic solutions. 

 

What to expect:

You will support our national and international customers as well as colleagues in the field by telephone, digitally and via remote connection and support them from the acceptance of technical product problems to the derivation of suitable measures for problem solving.

They form the interfaces between the customer, field service and global second-level support. In this function, you will lead complaint cases to a sustainable solution. In this way, you guarantee a result-oriented and first-class service performance for our customers.

You will document the services provided in a CRM system and thus make an important contribution to increasing service quality.

If necessary, you will support our service technicians during on-site customer visits.

 

Who you are:

  • You have successfully completed your engineering studies (medical technology, electrical engineering, mechatronics) or studies with a focus on IT. Alternatively, you have trained as a technician or computer scientist plus professional experience.

  • You speak Dutch, German and English fluently.

  • You bring several years of experience from the medical-technical environment - through technical customer support (field service or hotline) or in a function in the laboratory.

  • You bring in-depth knowledge in technology (mechanics, electrical engineering).

  • You are familiar with IT network structures, communication protocols and IT interfaces and have experience in server operating systems and databases.

  • You are quick on the uptake and can solve complex problems in a structured manner.

  • You are characterised by strong communication and analytical skills and have a high degree of initiative and responsibility.

  • You work in a customer- and team-oriented manner and bring intercultural experience with you.

What we offer:

  • An attractive salary package and a permanent contract.

  • A first class industry recognized product training program including intensive training for the first six months in France, Germany or Switzerland. Thereafter, you will also be required to attend periodic training on customer support operations and product offering at various locations.

  • A relocation package for selected candidates covering flight tickets, accommodation and other expenses.
